This starter policy describes the behavior implemented in the site. Replace the working brand and contact details, then have the final policy reviewed for your company and target markets before launch.
What the quote form collects
The form collects the product specification, quantity, application, contact details, notes, and any artwork files you choose to upload. A technical request record may also include the page that referred you to the form and the submission time.
How it is used
The submitted information is used to review the project, prepare a response, retain the inquiry context, and support a later revision or reorder. Uploaded artwork is not published by the site.
Storage and notification
In production, the site sends the inquiry details and uploaded artwork to the authorized receiving inbox, with a private HTTPS receiver available as a delivery fallback. The form reports success only after a configured channel confirms delivery. Artwork is not placed in the site's public asset paths.
Retention and deletion
Define a retention period before launch and remove inquiries that are no longer needed. Access to the receiving inbox, any file store, and delivery credentials should be limited to authorized staff.
Your choices
Do not submit payment information, passwords, regulated personal data, or confidential material that is not needed for the quote. Contact the company operating the final site to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
